Following his service in the U.S. Navy as a photographer working for Captain Edward Steichen, John Malloy was the only person in the Columbus, Ohio area who knew how to process and duplicate color slides. tachrome. When I took over management in 1981 he and I processed film in the conventional line sink method. Color slides were duplicated with a system of his design. I updated all aspects of his business, including the addition of a film processing machine, a color slide duplicator, and slide mounting machine.
