The veil deserved her own moment. 🤍

Ashlynn told me before her wedding day that her veil was her favorite detail, and honestly, I understood why the second I saw it.

So throughout the day, I found every excuse to photograph it. The way it moved, caught the light, framed her face, followed behind her, and somehow made an already beautiful bride feel even more beautiful.

The person behind the camera, the timelines, the slightly obsessive attention to detail, and probably way too many photos in your gallery.

I’ve been photographing weddings for over a decade, and while so much has changed since I started, the reason I still love it hasn’t.

I love getting to know my couples, noticing the little things, helping you feel comfortable in front of the camera, and preserving the moments you might not even realize are happening.

Because your wedding photos should feel like more than beautiful pictures. They should bring you right back to how it felt to be there.

One of the things I hear from couples all the time is, “What exactly should I have ready for detail photos?”

The good news? You don't have to figure it out on your own. 🤍

Before your wedding day, I'll walk you through what I recommend having ready, from your invitation suite and rings to shoes, jewelry, perfume, heirlooms, ribbon, vow books, and any little pieces that feel meaningful to you.

Then, when I arrive, I take it from there.

I'll gather everything together, keep track of what belongs to whom, style the details intentionally, photograph everything beautifully, and make sure it all makes its way back to the right place when I'm finished.

It's one less thing for you to think about on a morning that's already full.

And honestly, I love this part of the day. Your details tell so much of your story. The paper you chose, the jewelry you inherited, the shoes you searched for, the little things you intentionally brought together.

They're worth remembering, too.

A little behind the scenes 🤍

There’s a lot happening on a wedding day, but my goal is always to make the experience feel calm, genuine, and effortless for my couples.

A little direction when you need it, plenty of room to simply be yourselves, and a camera ready for all the moments in between.

This is the part you don’t always see in the final gallery, but it’s a big part of what makes the images feel like you.
