The photos couples end up caring about most are usually not the ones they expected.

Of course the ceremony, the first dance, and all the big moments matter. But years later, it’s often the quieter ones that hit differently.

A dad fixing a boutonniere. Your bridesmaids laughing about something you’ll never remember the context of. A quick hug with someone you didn’t realize you’d want to hold onto forever.

The photo doesn’t change. You do.

People move away. Life changes. The moments that felt ordinary become the ones you’d choose first if you could only keep a few.

That’s the part of being a Cincinnati wedding photographer I think about the most. Not just what your gallery feels like the week you receive it, but what it feels like 15 years from now.

Because those are the photos I’m really there to capture.

Two and a half hours from Cincinnati and still one of my favorite kinds of days.

T&J spent their engagement session wandering Hocking Hills, and it's exactly the kind of light and scenery that makes the drive worth it. It's one of the most unique places within driving distance of Cincinnati, and it honestly doesn't feel like Ohio at all.

Just good views, a little adventure, and plenty of time to get to know each other.

Fall does something to Cincinnati parks that no other season can. The light gets warmer, the color takes over, and every session I shoot in the fall ends up being one of my favorites for the year.

One really good day, seen through my camera. 🤍

I always say this job is pretty simple: I get to document one of the best days of someone's life.

Not because everything goes perfectly, but because every part of the day is intentionally theirs. The people, the moments, the laughter, the quiet in-between moments... it all comes together to tell a story that's completely unique to them.

It's never about perfect poses or a perfectly timed schedule. It's about preserving what the day actually felt like.

The moments just before "I do."

The final touches. The last few minutes of getting ready. A tie adjusted one last time. The dress buttoned into place. Laughing with your bridesmaids. A deep breath before walking down the aisle. And, of course, the first look.

As a Cincinnati wedding photographer, this part of the day is one of my favorites to capture. Everything starts to feel real, and there's so much anticipation in the room. I get a front-row seat to all of those moments before the day officially begins, and it's a privilege I'll never take for granted.

I want your wedding gallery to feel like a voicemail you never want to delete. Years from now, I don't just want you to remember what your wedding looked like. I want you to remember exactly how it felt.

The way your partner smiled at you before the ceremony. The squeeze of your hand during your vows. The laughter during toasts. The hugs that happened when no one else was watching.

Wedding days move fast. Before you know it, the ceremony is over, dinner has started, and you're on the dance floor wondering where the day went. My goal is to preserve those moments in a way that lets you slow down and relive them whenever you need to.

I'm so excited to finally start sharing this beautiful May wedding! This is just a small glimpse into such an incredible day, and I have so many more moments I can't wait to share over the next few weeks.
