Qualifications :
Contestants must be between the ages of 15 and 19 on Sept. 1st of the current year.

Contestants must be single, never married, and have no children.

Contestants must attend or have attended Moravia Community School.

Contestant photo day, voice over recording, and 1 practice are mandatory. Failure to attend will disqualify contestants from competing.

The competition maintains a zero-tolerance policy for bullying or poor conduct. Any contestant violating this policy will be disqualified.
