Walking to the parking garage after the Alamo wedding, we ran into Jason Brown, who played live music at our own wedding reception back in June. He had just finished a gig at Mad Dogs and was headed to the same garage. You never know who you’ll run into downtown. Lana and Steve got ready at The Menger Hotel, held their ceremony in the Alamo courtyard under the big oak tree, and celebrated just inside the grounds. Dalton and Hailey's proposal at the Japanese Tea Garden Pedestrian Bridge was recorded in two ways, with photographs and with video. Dalton hired a videographer, Aiden, to work alongside us on a quiet weekday morning, and we handed off time during each set after the proposal so both of us could gather a complete record.

That's Michelle and me at a wedding recently. We shoot every wedding together, so if you book us, you get both of us, and a lot of well-practiced eyebrow communication across the room. Two sets of eyes means we're not missing the moment, and we have a good time doing it.

Sarah and Jared's wedding at The Lodge at Country Inn Cottages in Fredericksburg had it all, a chapel ceremony, b**r burros working cocktail hour, sunset portraits across the Hill Country, and a bubble exit to send them off. We were referred to Sarah and Jared by Winter and Josh, whose wedding at Hollow Creek Ranch we photographed back in 2024, and Winter's family made the day feel like a bit of a reunion.

We toured the new Aztec Hotel in downtown San Antonio recently and spent some time with their Director of Food & Beverage, Keith. A historic property with a lot of character, and we're looking forward to the opening and the events they'll be bringing to downtown. Frances and Jhean's engagement session showed off three distinct sides of downtown San Antonio in a single afternoon. They started at Hotel Valencia with drinks at the bar, made their way down the Riverwalk, and finished at San Fernando Cathedral, where they'll say their vows.

We spent an evening with the Hill Country Honeys ahead of their new record, starting above Blue Hole in Wimberley as the sun went down, then moving to their home stage for a set with no audience, just the band and the music.
