Our best friend and worst enemy is often ourselves. I love working with women and photographing their portraits and reminding them they are just as beautiful if not more magnificent than what we are expected to be. I love that these women I work with do not conform to what we are expected to be as beautiful.

It was a pleasure working with Dinah and Marie in demolishing. What typical beauty standard is now today.

3 Quinceanera Tips for SoCal Parents Having a pre-session photoshoot that photographers will often forget:

1.) Bring a cart- purchasing one of these will help save allot of time in transporting items such as:

- crinolina
-props- if having other items incorporated into the shoot.
- personal items- shoes, food and snacks.

2.) Have a call with your photographer-

-A 3 minute call will save time with going over the details of time, location and any other important information needed. More prep- more fun.

3.) Alternate location – having alternate locations options will have their advantages. Especially in SoCal areas where high traffic times can go up significantly. Some locations require permits, cost, and sometimes does not mention during the call. Having a X, Y, Z plans for alternate locations will save you time and the option of not rescheduling the pre-session.
