One of my favorite things about maternity sessions is getting to capture the excitement before everything changes.

The waiting, the wondering who they’ll look like, and soaking up these last few moments before becoming a family of one more. This season goes by so fast, and I’m always honored to freeze a little piece of it.

I can’t wait for these two to meet their newest little love.

When this sweet family asked if I was up for a hike to one of their favorite locations, my answer was an easy, “Absolutely, sign me up!”

Sessions like this remind me why I love what I do. We captured the timeless family portraits everyone wants on their walls, but we also made space for the kids to be themselves. Exploring, laughing, playing, and just enjoying the moment. Those genuine interactions mean so much.

Beautiful scenery, a little adventure, and a family willing to embrace the experience made for the perfect evening. Thankful to be part of it 🫶🏼

Family sessions with little ones are always part photoshoot, part cardio workout. 😅 Between chasing smiles, playing games, and keeping everyone moving, it was definitely a workout for both me and the parents! But seeing these genuine moments and sweet connections captured makes every second worth it.

The laughs, the chaos, and the memories are what make family photos so special.

One of the sweetest parts of this job is getting to grow with my clients through every season of life. 🥹 I had the honor of capturing his parents’ wedding day, and now I’m capturing this happy little guy’s first birthday. Getting to watch families grow and getting to meet the babies that were once just dreams on a wedding day will always mean so much to me.
