As a photographer, there are always new challenges to face in this business⦠from the latest tech and software changes, pushing through algorithms, clients who too often just want someone ācheaper,ā marketing and building a legitimate business, connecting locally and trying to maintain your platform, budgeting and equipment and software costs, all the while keeping your creative juices flowing, and now the recent AI developments that have just skyrocketed safety concerns⦠I just wanted to take a moment to say a few things:
First, thank you to every single one of my clients who has trusted me through the years! Your support means everything as we continue to grow in serving this community!
Second: Your safety and privacy matter to us. We have been asked more times than not in recent months if we could please not share any images of client sessions on socials. While that is a bit hard as a portrait photographer who just wants to share ALL the sweet smiles and giggles and joy with everyone, we COMPLETELY understand that recent changes in laws and AI developments have made this a hard choice! We respect your privacy and want you to know that we will honor that!
So if youāre on the fence about booking a professional session because youāre not sure about them sharing online, we want you to know we are a safe place for that!
We have been stretched and pushed (in a great way!) out of our portrait box, and into a more creative realm, with getting to capture lots of little moments that donāt show faces. We LOVE getting to still create art that you CAN share on socials, without the worry.
So if youāre looking for a photographer who will give you lots of beautiful portraits to print for your walls, while also capturing some beautifully crafted moments that you can still share on socials, IāM YOUR GIRL! šš¼
