🐻 A Little Update from Big Bear Signs & Gifts!

As many of you know, Big Bear Signs & Gifts is a small, family-owned business with a special history. I'm so happy to be continuing that family tradition!

I'm also a mental health therapist, which means my schedule doesn't always allow for traditional storefront hours. But that doesn't mean you can't shop with us!

Here's how shopping at Big Bear will work:

🛍️ Pop-Up Shopping Days! I'll announce special shopping days right here on Facebook, when you can stop in, browse, and see what's new!

🏡 Shop by Appointment — Even Same Day! Want to stop by? Just call, text, or message me! If I'm not working with counseling clients and I'm available, I'm happy to open the shop for you. Same-day visits are welcome when my schedule allows!

🪵 Custom Wood Sign Orders Anytime! You never need to wait for the shop to be open to order a custom sign! Call, text, or send me a message, and we'll get your order started.

Five Colors. Endless Possibilities!

I've been busy getting our new sign samples ready, and I'm excited to finally show you what our color options look like on finished signs!

One of the things I love most about these handcrafted wooden signs is how the natural wood engraving stands out against each background color. No painted lettering here — just the beautiful contrast of natural wood and rich color!

We currently offer five background choices:

🖤 Black
🤎 Mahogany
❤️ Barn Red
💙 Marine Blue
💚 Hunter Green

Each sign is made to order, with personalized details to make it uniquely yours.

Available in 12", 15", 18", and 24" rounds!

✨ Custom sign ordering just got a whole lot easier! ✨

As Big Bear continues to evolve, I’ve been working on a simpler way to order our personalized round signs — and it’s finally ready!

I’ve created a collection of 12 signature designs to choose from.

Simply pick the design you love, choose your size and background color, and tell me exactly what you’d like your sign to say. I’ll take it from there!

Here’s how it works:

• Choose one of the 12 designs shown below
• Choose your size: 12", 15", 18" or 24"
• Choose your background color: Black, Mahogany, Cherry, Marine Blue, Hunter Green or Barn Red
• Give me the names, dates, location or wording you’d like included

Each sign features a solid-color background with natural wood lettering and engraved details, so the beautiful wood becomes part of the design.

The names and dates you see in the examples are just that — examples! Your sign will be personalized for you.

I’ll also have simple order forms available in the shop and at markets so you can circle your choices, fill in your wording, and be done. No trying to remember all the options or figuring everything out on the spot.

There’s just something about turning an old teacup into a tiny little world.

I’ve been having so much fun pairing vintage teacups with little trees, animals, pumpkins, candy canes, and other tiny finds to create these one-of-a-kind miniature dioramas.
Each one is completely unique depending on the teacup and the little pieces I find to go with it — which might be my favorite part.

I’ve got everything from cozy fall scenes to sweet little woodland displays and Christmas minis, and they’re starting to make their way into the shop!

Perfect for a little shelf, desk, tiered tray, or as a fun gift for someone who loves vintage treasures and miniature things.
