Please help us out with a share on your FB page! Woohoo! Tomorrow, Wednesday, August 12th will be Candied Burnt Ends Wednesday! We take our leftover brisket points and cut them into cubes. We then saute' them in our housemade BBQ sauce. The sauce caramelizes and sticks to the burnt ends, hence Candied Burnt Ends! Truly amazing! Get em by the pound or 1/2 pound, sandwich, or platter with two sides, or The Burner, one of our original specialty sandwiches. We start with a 6" hoagie roll which is toasted and add candied burnt ends, pepper jack, and jalapeno's. Truly awesome flavor profile! Come by and see us! We appreciate your business!
