I don't even know if I have the words for how special this one feels. This is my first Christmas setup in MY studio. Everyone meet EVERGREEN & IVORY 🤎🌲

A little reminder for the photography community

Another photographer being successful doesn’t make you less successful.

Another photographer getting booked doesn’t steal your clients.

Another photographer celebrating her branding doesn’t diminish yours.

And another photographer having a similar idea doesn’t automatically mean she copied you.

Photography is a creative industry. There are going to be similarities. There are going to be trends. There are going to be ideas that overlap. That’s normal.

What’s not necessary is turning someone else’s excitement into a competition just so you can feel like you “won” by doing it first.

I will always choose to cheer for the women around me. I’ll share their work, recommend them, celebrate their milestones, and be genuinely happy when they succeed.

I can celebrate another woman’s success without feeling like it takes anything away from what I’m building

And if your business can only feel successful when someone else’s feels smaller… maybe that’s something worth sitting with. 🤍

And if you know me, you know this was bound to happen eventually because I LOVE stickers 😂

My back glass is basically covered in them, so naturally… By The Moon needed some of its own🤎

They turned out SO CUTE and I’m honestly a little obsessed!

Because these sessions are about so much more than pretty pictures. They’re about the people you love, the seasons of life you never want to forget, and the memories you trusted me to preserve for you 🤍

So consider these little stickers a tiny “thank you” for letting me be part of your story

My girls have already stolen one for their school water bottles, so I guess that means they’ve officially made it through the family approval process!

So when you finish your session and I say, “Wait! I have something for you!” … it’s probably a sticker. 😂
