From Passion to Business: Inspiring the Next Generation!

This week, THREE20 Media had the pleasure of participating in Saint Xavier University's Career Fair and Advising & Career Success Day, connecting with students, sharing our entrepreneurial journey, and discussing what it takes to turn a passion into a successful business.

During our presentation, we shared real-world lessons from building THREE20 Media, including the challenges, opportunities, relationships, and experiences that helped us grow from a creative passion into a professional photography and media company.

We also enjoyed meeting students at the Career Expo, hearing about their career goals, and encouraging them to explore opportunities in entrepreneurship, photography, videography, marketing, and the creative industries.

For us, success isn't just about growing our business. It's about building connections, supporting our community, and helping develop the next generation of local entrepreneurs and creative professionals.

THREE20 Media recently had the opportunity to provide event photography for the National Institute for Criminal Justice Reform (NICJR) and its HR² Symposium in Chicago.

The event brought together leaders, practitioners, and advocates for conversations around effectively serving young people who are considered high risk and hard to reach. NICJR’s HR² work highlights approaches including credible-messenger mentorship, intensive life coaching, trauma-informed practices, and wraparound support for youth.

We were proud to capture the speakers, panel discussions, audience engagement, and candid moments that helped tell the story of the day.
