I’m happy to announce I will be photographing the Excelsior Equestrian Center Hanoverian Inspection on August 17th!

I will be photographing all exhibitors automatically, but you must book in advance to have video included as well. Since I am only starting to offer video, it is just a $50 fee and all short slow motion media clips I take will be sent to you within a week of the show to download and do what you wish with.

I am offering pre-registration for photography as well for $30. You will recieve a private proof gallery, extra attention in the ring, and your gallery sent out before non-sign ups. The $30 fee goes toward image purchase as well.

FINE ART DEALS: 20% off any package including mini sessions taken the same day 8/17. Mini sessions include 1 horse, but full sessions in allowing to split package between two (I.e. mare/foal or you own two horses)

I got a new lens last week and got to take it for a spin yesterday! I think I need to adjust the focus settings slightly, but overall I love it! I tested it out on Ferdinand and also worked on getting his mane nice and tidy again quickly in case I were to use him for a styled shoot or workshop. I’ve been working on his standing and posing a bit too.

Still feel free to comment if you’re a photographer looking to build your fine art portfolio with some guidance with Ferdinand and possibly other models depending on interest. He’s the only long maned one though. Either one-on-one mentoring for hourly rate or group for lower hourly rate depending on the size of the group.

Camille's senior session with her lease horse Cosmo earlier this year! It was lovely to meet Camille and her parents and this super laid back and chill OTTB. Y'all know I love a bay thoroughbred gelding. 🙂 Also, this facility had a bunch of fun animals such as pigs, chickens, rabbits, donkeys, goats, sheep, and African cows, and does educational events and I believe horse camps too if anyone is looking for something fun to do with kids this summer!
