starts today. For the next 3 months, I’m responsible for keeping these two kiddos alive. (Who thought that was a good idea). is so good as a mom, it blows my mind. How she was able to handle the past three, I’m in awe of.
To be honest, I’m excited and terrified. Don’t get me wrong, I’m extremely fortunate to work for a company that has a generous paternity leave policy and will enjoy every minute of being with them. The time I was able to spend with Penelope during that paternity leave gave me a bond with her that was unique because of that time we had. When there was just one kid to watch, I could put my focus all on her. With the twins you are juggling them screaming, eating, making sure they’re developing, 💩 and your own sanity all at the same time.
It’s going to be quite journey these next three months. Let’s see how many grey hairs I end up with…
