Turkish street food is on another level!! These little guys are called Lokma and they're deep fried balls of dough tossed in honey or simple syrup then sprinkled with cinnamon. If you're looking for a very affordable and VERY sweet treat then lokma is for you!

Happy Year of the Ox! 🐂🧧🎊

I have a deep love and appreciation of the Chinese New Year after witnessing it while living abroad in Asia. It’s a much larger celebration than someone unfamiliar with the holiday might assume. Think New Year’s Eve and Christmas combined into one long celebration filled with so much meaning and lots of superstitions.

Kung hei fat choy! Which is the Cantonese way of saying, “wishing you great happiness and prosperity.”
