Happy Monday! I hope everyone gets a chance to enjoy the day and get some sunshine on their face. As someone who grew up without distinct seasons, I still feel the magic of the changing seasons every year and love the lessons it teaches us.

I’m off to finish some editing and dream about upcoming April beach sessions before getting some fresh air. ☀️

It’s amazing to me how suddenly and completely each baby changes your family dynamic. How quickly we start saying “He’s here and we can’t imagine life without him!” I lost count of how many times my husband and I have told each other we’re so happy we had our third. He brought so much joy and love in a difficult season, and continues to be such a fun part of our family. What a blessing. 🤍

I am officially in my third trimester and we are preparing to meet our baby girl soon! Being pregnant has been such great reminder of why I love capturing maternity sessions. It is not always (ever?) easy, it is not always (ever?) comfortable, and so many of us deal with sickness, or pain, or migraines through these months. But, despite it all, there is a constant magic to the season. There is an awareness of the miracle and love growing inside of you, there is a joy and expectation of what is to come, and there is so much tenderness and beauty to be captured. 🤍
