Here’s a fun fact for you! 📸 I’m so proud to be an approved photographer for Old St. Patrick's Church, and this year I had the absolute honor of sponsoring one of their 180th anniversary banners! 💛

This church has been such a huge part of my life, I’ve been a parishioner since 2000 and have loved singing in the choir all these years. This community truly feels like home, so celebrating this milestone through my photography felt incredibly special and personal.

When I’m not capturing special moments or working on branding sessions, you’ll probably find me checking out the Chicago food scene (so many hidden gems!) or walking my sweet pup, Coco, through the West Loop.

I had the absolute joy of photographing the incredible Jocelyn, and wow, what a story she has to tell! 🎶

With 47 years as a freelance musician in Chicago, Jocelyn has subbed with both the Chicago Symphony and Lyric Opera Orchestras, performs weekly at Old St. Patrick's Church, and has spent 35+ years playing pit orchestra for musicals at Chicago's biggest theaters, including the recent production of "& Juliet" at the Auditorium Theatre!

Every time I photograph someone like Jocelyn, I'm reminded of just how powerful it is to have imagery that reflects the depth of your journey. A great photo doesn't just show what you do. It shows who you ARE.
