Gabori M Partee Sr, is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Performance Enhancement Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer, and former United States Marine Sargent.

Health & Fitness Professional with an extensive amount of training experience. I'm a United States Marine Corps veteran of 8 years. I served in OEF, as well as OIF 1 in Kuwait and Iraq. I played varsity and semi-pro basketball for over a decade including high school, junior college, and the United States military. I taught hand to hand combat training for 2 1/2 years, and I've been a certified personal trainer for over 8 yrs. I'm also a level 1 Nutritionist, and a NASM Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist.

My goal is to see that the world becomes a more healthy place by getting it's citizens in great physical, mental, and spiritual shape.

Tiffini Holmes, is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified Health Coach and author of Balancing The Scale:
What I Gained While Losing.

She considers herself a behavior change specialist, advocate, resource, and accountability partner to her clients. Tiffini believes in total wellness: mind, body, and spirit. According to her, having any one without the others is not enough.

She is an ideal coach in the areas of wellness, personal development, and problem solving because not only she is studied and knowledgeable, but she has also personally done the work. After tipping the scale at over 400 lbs. She began her own wellness journey. While initially thinking it would be solely a physical transformation, she quickly realized her transformation was all encompassing (mind, body, and spirit).

Tiffini created a methodology that along with personal training has allowed her to lose almost 200lbs and make healthy habits a part of her lifestyle. She is dedicated to helping others identify and achieve their health goals as well.

Top of the morning 8yrs ago today, I captured this picture from my living room window.

My kids woke up to get ready for school and was like “DAD LOOK” 🤣🤦🏾‍♂️
It was one of the craziest moments ever.

The lines were basically jet streams from planes coming and going from the east coast before the sun came up! So gorgeous!

Cook County Hospital (Part 1)

After being abandoned for years, this Iconic building is back, and better looking then ever!

Even tho it’s about to be a mixed use building, (Hyatt Hotel, Retail Space, Offices)
It still has its original turn of the century, Worlds Fair Chicago Architecture (Daniel Burnham style)

The workers told me that I will be delighted with how they kept certain things on the inside!

It was also stated that they could be done as soon as the middle of the month.
