I've been on a cooking frenzy lately with my griddle. My favorite cook on it HAS to be smash burgers.

For dinner I fired up that bad boy and made myself a double smash burger topped with American cheese, grilled onions, jalapenos, bacon, and an egg! It was unreal! I'll be working on a YouTube in the near future so you can see how we make these. Until then..enjoy these photos 🤤😏

Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend!! Busted out the 5 burner griddle for teppanyaki and my try at a egg yolk golden sauce for the shrimp and it did NOT disappoint 🔥.

Now THIS is a grilled cheese. Dropped by my favorite 🥪 shop today for lunch. I tried their grilled cheese called the "DMD Grilled Cheese". White cheddar, bacon, roasted tomato and arugula on texas toast.

The saltiness from the bacon and white cheddar paired so well with the sweetness of the roasted tomato and arugula. Oh, and texas toast? Need I say more? 🤤
If you haven't tried them, and you're in the area..you MUST!

Sad to see summer go by so quickly. 2020 has been a rollercoaster for all of us. As most of you know..I've been so obsessed with smoking and decided to give a go at one of my wife's favorite appetizer; salsa. It was to die for and we've actually sold some jars to a bunch of our family and friends! Hoping to continue this into the next year once I build up a little shanty for the smokers 😁.

I did want to give a huge shoutout to Paul over at for this amazing platter that he handcrafted himself. Such beauty and I'm hoping to have more photos featured of it. Swipe 👉 to see us over at his studio this past summer. 🔥
