We are HIRING! We are looking for an part-time Assistant Studio manager to join our small team! This role will be responsible for supporting our creators, creating a the unique experience for each client, and assisting in managing daily operations. We are looking for someone who has a passion for creativity, thrives on paying attention to all the little details, has impeccable time management skills, and brings an energetic feel to our Chicago studio. Responsibilities:
-Host our clients, and maintain the atmosphere and experience from check in to check out.
-Oversee inventory management.
-Be responsible for opening and closing duties.
-Encourage an energetic atmosphere for our clients.
-Take on positive and negative customer feedback from reviews.
-Be able to work occasional Saturday and Sunday hours.
Requirements:
-Customer service focused.
-Adaptable and can manage others in a fast-paced environment.
-Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and prioritization skills.
-Team player who works well both collaboratively and autonomously
-Superior time-management skills.
-A keen eye for details and aesthetic.
-Access to a car is a plus.
