A little reminder when it comes to wedding photography- luxury in photos isn’t always about the venue or the price tag.

part of what you’re investing in when you hire a photographer whose style you truly love is someone who knows how to see a space. someone who knows where to put you, where the light hits, how to frame a moment, and how to turn something simple into something elevated.

gianna & sean - a true southside love story. two people who always “knew of” each other growing up, but didn’t really connect until later — only to realize they’d had so much in common all along. same roots, same neighborhoods, same kind of heart. a ceremony at their local parish was a must, and you could feel how meaningful that was to them. the whole day just felt personal, nostalgic, and very much like home.

Saturday with Derrek & Rachel felt like stepping into their world — creative, stylish, and refreshingly different. A makeup artist bride with a vision, a groom who lets the day unfold naturally, and a ceremony at Salvage One that felt more like an art installation than a venue.

Every part of their day felt considered and personal, from the space they chose to the way they showed up for each other. A wedding that wasn’t about trends — just about them.
