Tonight was a special one….

Seeing my photograph Cardboard Castle hanging in the Paws, Claws & Companions exhibition — and sharing that moment with my daughter — meant everything.

It began as a simple moment at home, when kids built a cardboard castle for their cat, turned into a photograph that now lives on a gallery wall.✨

Before I was a photographer… before motherhood… before recognizing my voice through art… there was just a little girl discovering the world.

International Women’s Day makes me think about the journeys we take to become the women we are meant to be.

Every woman walks in her story shaped by culture, family, challenges, dreams, and the courage to keep evolving.

Today I’m grateful for the girl I once was — and for the woman I continue becoming.

Annnnd even more grateful and orgullosa to be raising a daughter who is writing her own story. ✨
