I watched as dedicated walkers embarked on a 24-mile journey, walking from 119th and Western to Rogers Elementary. Their mission was clear: to support the next generation of Pursue Scholars. As a former scholar, it was so inspiring to see this community come together to carry on a legacy that has meant so much to me.

After the symbolic race, the celebration kicked off with local eats, magic, and more to entertain everyone who had put in the hard work.

I'm thrilled to announce that because of their incredible efforts, we didn't just walk for our scholars—we hit our fundraising goal of $150,000! Every step taken and every dollar donated will ensure that more students and their families have the resources they need on their college journey. This legacy is moving forward, and I couldn't be prouder.
