The Backyards

This is where the city breathes.
Where containers arrive heavy and leave hollow.
Where inventory starts its journey, and where it quietly disappears at the end of the line.
Rows of empty trailers waiting for their next destination, steel tracks stretching toward the skyline like veins feeding the machine. Chicago standing in the distance, watching the whole operation like it’s just another Tuesday. Because apparently civilization runs on parking lots full of metal boxes and exhausted logistics workers.

This is where it all begins.
This is where it all ends.
