Are you enjoying this gorgeous spring we are having!? I simply love the spring colors, the whole process of aliveness springing up so powerfully.

I’ve been on a quite deep healing journey these past few months.. it has felt intense and inspiring and scary at times. I feel a new sense of aliveness slowly emerging and feel a lot of gratitude for that.

Being part of the team that facilitated the ALFT weekend in Austin felt like a heart opening reset for me. I tend to be on the individualistic side and facilitate games solo in Chicago, so to be a member of such a beautiful team was very growing, nourishing and eye opening. Loved all the connections with everyone, and am feeling a sadness at the moment that I don't get to experience this level of togetherness every week of my life.

Much gratitude to Sara for her sweet invitation to also document the transformations, and to my dear friend Shirley for inviting me to be her guest and making it possible for me to attend.

Thank you all for trusting me to photograph you in poignant and heartfelt moments. It truly is a joy. I had the realization after the weekend that I would love to be able to photograph more retreats so if any of you or friends of yours want to have unique photos from your events that really capture the energy, please message me.
