I picked up a camera for the FIRST TIME, four years ago, almost to the day. I was a stay at home mom to 8 month old twins, with a dream to help provide for my family, while being able to stay home with my babies.

I opened a photography business with NO knowledge or insight of what the heck I was doing; a whim, a mustard seed of faith 🙏🏻

What Rachel Collins Photography, LLC has given me since October 2022, is unreal. I have poured so much of myself into my business, constantly learning and growing in a skill I didn’t even know I had, but am so thankful I put a little bit of faith into it.

I didn’t walk away with the Ultimate Win, but is it an honor to place in the TOP 3, as a finalist in a field I struggled to believe I even had a place in.

I got to share the Best of the Best 2026 evening with my family by my side, my husband and my children. I know how proud they are and how hard I’ve worked to get here, and it all started, because of two little baby faces 💙💜.

And to my incredible, truly incredible clients, I couldn’t place in the top, without you. I am truly thankful, so honored, and still a little in disbelief to be honest. 🥹🥹🥹 thank you for choosing me and allowing me to be a small part of YOUR story!

If you are a seasoned mama, you know just how quickly your sweet baby grows. The newness of a new baby, it doesn't last long. Their little faces change so quickly, and before you know it, that newborn season is over. 🥹

Remember every sweet little moment, don't skip the newborn investment. I am forever loving and booking newborn investments! Know a mama? I'd love to be considered to freeze some of the memories you'll never want to forget, and always reflect back on!

I have had so many engagement investments lately, and it has been the sweetest thing ever to witness! I'm not sure what is up with 2026, but love is EVERYWHERE and I am so here for it!

As I am working through multiple engagement investments, here's just a quick throwback to this summer of Mason & Shanessa! ♥

They have so many plans & I can't wait to see what their love story continues to have in store!

Hiiii, SURPRISE!! 💙💙💙

To my incredible & faithful clients,

I am so excited to share (which if you’ve seen me recently, you KNOW), I am getting ready to head into month five of my pregnancy!!

My family is going from a family of 4, to a family of 5, and we could not be more excited! Our sweet baby BOY is due at the end of March 2027! 🍀

What does this mean? I will be shooting & capturing investments until the beginning of March! Following this, I will be preparing for “maternity leave” & to be honest, I don’t know what this looks like, yet 👀

April and May will likely be very quiet for me, and much needed as we prioritize our new baby! I have obligations with Cheyenne Dance Company that I will honor the end of April, and as discussed with my husband, I will likely accept SOME investments but they will be very few. I don’t know fully, how I’m going to maneuver these months, as I’ve never had to do THIS, with a newborn, but grace is appreciated! 🫶🏻

Yall, I get it, I HATE waiting for my family photos back. It’s absolutely pure torture! But I promise you, I work REALLY hard to make sure you have your galleries before 3 weeks!! 21 days at MOST!! 🫠😵‍💫

Plus, I THRIVE under pressure, so there IS that!

My October is so full, it has been the most TREMENDOUS blessing. I can’t even put it into words, I am so thankful for those who choose me!

I am booking for November and December! Please don’t wait to snag a date! Especially with our wild weather, unpredictability, and family coming into town!! These months can fill QUICKLY 👏🏻
