There is something incredibly special about being invited back into a family's home to document another chapter of their story. 🤍

Walking back through the Bucy family's front door, seeing familiar little faces (just a little bigger now!), hearing the giggles, watching big brother excitement, and finally meeting sweet baby Melina... it was such an honor.

These are the moments I never take for granted.

Newborn sessions aren't about perfect poses or spotless homes. They're about preserving this fleeting season exactly as it is—the tiny fingers, sleepy stretches, curious big sibling moments, proud parents soaking it all in, and the beautiful chaos that comes with welcoming a new little life.

Sweet Melina, you are already so deeply loved. Watching your family grow has been one of the greatest privileges, and I am so thankful they trusted me once again to preserve these memories they'll treasure forever.

Some love stories start with a swipe... and some start at an 8th-grade dance. 💕

Sarah and Michael's first date was their middle school dance, and on Saturday, they finally said "I do" surrounded by the people who have cheered them on through every season in between.
From the moment the day began, there was an excitement in the air that never let up. Their bridal party brought the energy, the laughter, and the kind of support every couple dreams of having by their side. And then there was Norman... 🐾💗

Let's be honest, Norman may have stolen the show. Between his adorable appearances and all the attention he received, he had everyone smiling all day long.

The ceremony was beautiful, but the celebration that followed was something else entirely. The entrances were unlike anything I've ever seen, the speeches had everyone laughing one minute and tearing up the next, and the dance floor stayed packed all night long.

Sarah and Michael, what a joy it was to witness and capture a love story that has been years in the making. From an 8th-grade dance to the wedding day of your dreams, your story is proof that sometimes your forever person has been there all along. 🤍

Some love stories begin in adulthood.

Some begin in high school.

And then there are the rare ones that begin in middle school. ❤️

Yesterday, Lizzie and Brady became husband and wife, and what a privilege it was to witness a love story that has truly grown up alongside them. They’ve only ever known life with each other in it. Through all the changes, milestones, and seasons of growing up, they’ve remained side by side.

Their vows absolutely wrecked us. 😭 There wasn’t a dry eye in sight—not among family and friends, and definitely not behind the cameras. Natasha and I were both tearing up as they shared promises years in the making.

The entire day felt like one giant celebration from beginning to end. The joy was contagious, the dance floor was packed, and every moment was filled with so much laughter, excitement, and love.

Lizzie and Brady, thank you for trusting me to capture such an incredible chapter of your story. Your love is sweet, genuine, and so evident in the way you look at each other. I have no doubt the best part of your story is still ahead.

Some engagement sessions are beautiful because of the location.

Some are beautiful because of the light.

And then there are sessions like Katie and Robert’s… beautiful because of the way they love each other. 🤍

We spent the evening wandering through the stunning Ogden Gardens, laughing almost the entire time. These two made my job so easy because they are so genuinely comfortable together and so full of joy.

But what stood out to me most wasn’t the gorgeous garden paths or the golden sunshine.

It was Robert.

The way he looked at Katie.
The way he listened to her.
The way he paid attention to every little thing she loved.
The way he admired her every chance he got.

It was one of those sweet reminders that love isn’t just found in the big moments—it’s found in the little things. The way you look at someone. The way you make them feel seen. The way you choose them over and over again.

Katie and Robert, thank you for letting me spend the evening with you two. Your laughter was contagious, your love is beautiful, and I am so excited for everything that is ahead for you both. 🤍

There’s something so special about a family session where everyone shows up ready to have fun—and the Reyes family did exactly that. 🍂✨

From the moment we started, the kids were full of giggles, smiles, and excitement for every photo. They made my job so easy! Watching them run, laugh, and snuggle up with Mom and Dad was such a sweet reminder that the best family photos aren't about perfection—they're about connection.

We were also gifted with the most beautiful crisp fall day and a dreamy golden hour that seemed made just for them. The warm autumn colors, glowing sunshine, and genuine love this family shares created pure magic.

What an honor of spending time with sweet baby Harvey and his parents—dear friends of ours who are already so deeply in love with their little boy.

The quiet moments were my favorite. The way they looked at him. The tiny stretches. The sleepy snuggles. The overwhelming joy that fills a room when a family welcomes someone they've been waiting so long to meet.

Harvey was as sweet as can be, and documenting these first days felt like pressing pause on a season that moves far too quickly.
One day, these images will remind them of how tiny he was, how perfectly he fit in their arms, and how this new chapter began.

From the moment we arrived, Brooke and Alex were surrounded by so much laughter, joy, and love. The kind of joy that isn't forced or posed—it simply fills every moment and spills over onto everyone around them.

Watching these two together was such a gift. Every glance, every smile, every laugh shared between them reminded us that their wedding day wasn't just about beautiful details or a timeline of events. It was about two people who genuinely love being together and a community of family and friends who were overjoyed to celebrate them.

One of my favorite things about the day was how much fun everyone had. The laughter was constant, the smiles were contagious, and the love surrounding Brooke and Alex was impossible to miss.

UMMMM… can we talk about last night’s wedding at Allure on the Lake for a minute… Such a DREAM. 🤍

Jenna and Kyan are high school sweethearts, and after spending the day with them, it’s easy to see why their love story has stood the test of time.

Their first look was one of the sweetest, most emotional moments I’ve witnessed this season. The tears, the smiles, the personal vows—it was the kind of moment that reminds me why I love what I do.

And while the weather kept us on our toes all day long with on-again, off-again rain, these two never let it steal their joy. We chased pockets of clear skies, adjusted plans, threw the timeline out the window more than once, and just kept rolling with it.

Then, as if the day wanted to reward their patience, the sun finally came out—and it was absolutely gorgeous.

Watching Jenna and Kyan soak in every moment together was such a reminder that the best wedding days aren’t perfect because everything goes according to plan. They’re perfect because of the people at the center of them.

I’m so thankful I got to celebrate these two at my favorite venue, The Allure on The Lake. What a beautiful beginning to their next chapter. 🤍✨

One thing I love about engagement sessions is how they often tell us so much about a couple before the wedding day ever arrives. Sarah and Nico’s session at Deep River County Park was one of those evenings that felt effortless from start to finish.

We were blessed with the most beautiful fall day—golden leaves, perfect temperatures, and that dreamy autumn light photographers spend all year hoping for. Every path, bridge, and tree-lined trail looked like it belonged in a postcard, making the perfect backdrop for these two.

And while Sarah and Nico were absolutely adorable together, we have to be honest about one thing… their golden retriever, Leo, stole the spotlight for a little while! 🐾 From his sweet head tilts to his happy personality, he brought so much joy and laughter to the session. It was so fun capturing this season of life with all three of them together.

What I loved most about this session was how natural everything felt. Sarah and Nico have such an easy, comfortable connection that made every moment together feel genuine. Whether they were laughing together under the colorful trees or simply enjoying a quiet moment side by side, their love was so evident.

The best part? Their wedding is this coming Saturday, and I could not be more excited! If their engagement session is any indication of what's ahead, it's going to be a beautiful day filled with joy, laughter, and so much love.
