I know I can't keep this up forever, especially after 44 years, but I will miss capturing all of life's candids and hanging with good people. Not to mention getting paid and a good meal😉

My feet maybe a step slower but my eyes and heart are expanding.

Here's a few black & white images from this past Sundays wedding. I just finished editing their images so they now have theirs custom thumb drive, gallery online, Mp4 slides show, Smart Phone app and a 80pg album design with over 250 images all in 3 day turnaround.

I've had the pleasure of photographing Riley every year since she was 3yrs old. I jumped on the chance to drive 2.5 hrs to capture her and her close graduate friends this week when Lori, mom, called. Her apartment is above the towns movie theater:) Here's a few of my favorites ... I had a lot of fun!

After 40 years in the business I had the please to capture my first ever Quinceañera ... everything was beautiful. THANK YOU Katie, whom I been photographing for the past 15 years. We had fun on the stairwell, a very non traditional location🥰

In a nutshell, this is exactly what my philosophy has been since I started over 40 years ago. It's not about you, the photographer, but about capturing life on the go. Let the couple enjoy each other and the day as it goes by so fast. My job is to document that day with all the emotions that are presented. It is a fun occasion and should be captured with that in mind.
Too many photographers get hung up on quantity and not quality. This is one of the main reasons why I do not use a second photographer, as most do, because I can turn my work around in a week or less and the work is consistent. I learned my profession back in the film days when you only had one take so you made it count. This alone saves so much post production time.

Thank you Carina & Aaron for a great wedding this past Saturday! I appreciate my couples that will deal with whatever Mother Nature brings. They know they will have better images to reflect on over the years ❤.
