A few weeks ago I had some lovely women volunteer for this body positivity session with me & they absolutely rocked it!

As women we are constantly so hard on ourselves and we are always comparing ourselves to try and achieve perfection. The reality of it all is simple. You are perfect the way you are. Believe it or not, but there is nobody else on this planet that is just like you. Embrace your own beauty and live everyday like you're an absolute goddess.. Because you are.

I just wanted to share some photos from this session and some words of positivity to help anyone else who may be struggling too. Feel free to share as well.

Bo***ir is all about empowering women and showing them how they look from a different perspective. A lot of the time I hear “I need to lose weight before I book a session” or “I could book a session but I wouldn’t look that good.”
