This catamaran anchored up along the for the night out in the middle of nowhere to enjoy the brisk peace of the evening. I had to be respectful and keep my drone away so that I did not disrupt them. I always stress respecting others with your drone. People and their experiences are not a commodity to be exploited for Instagram photos!

This afternoon is the last day of my drone workshop. Day 1 my student snagged this incredible sunset shot over the Elizabeth river. Monica has taken to drone photography like a fish to water. Furthermore, she has learned a lot about drone laws and how to safely fly!

I'm super stoked for my drone photography workshop that starts tomorrow!
Here's a tip: No matter what you gotta have water in your sunset pictures! The water acts as a giant mirror to further reflect all that wonderful light!
