This one wasn't necessarily an easy one for me to post because I promote body positivity until no end but I am not a fan of my own! Literally every woman that has came to my studio I immediately look past whatever flaws they tell me about cause I just DON'T SEE IT! Point is , we are our own worst critics but you have no idea how many good things are said behind your back. Focus on the positive, focus on your potential and if you need help with that. I'm always here 🥰
