What a beautiful day on the water. We had no luck hooking a tuna but we filled the boat with 101.5 lbs of Silver Tile and Mahi Mahi on Saturday!

Such a beautiful sunrise we were treated to! Poor Rosy did fabulous out on the deck on the ride to the Gulf Stream while I sat inside having panic attacks but the sea was not kind to her and she spent the next 10 hours a awful shade of green and throwing up nonstop unless she was sleeping.

It has been officially proven that fish hate me. I watched the schools of Mahi consistently spitting out my bait only to get hooked 20 seconds later by someone else. I got so frustrated between not knowing what I was doing and not being able to hook a Mahi that I may have cried one or twenty times 😂😩😒

Huge shoutout to Captain Byrd and his fantastic mate who patiently untangled my lines and reels eleventy-two times.

I definitely recommend Hitman Sportfishing if you need some time on the water!

The DCBA Mustang Dodgers were the Field of Dreams team at the Norfolk Tides game on 4/14/24. It was the chance of a lifetime for these boys to be on the field with future Orioles. What a great day!
