If you’re only working with affirmations and “think positive” - you’re doing it the hard way.

Affirmations aren’t bad, they’re just working with only 5% of your brain. The conscious part…
The other 95% is where your actual beliefs live, in the subconscious and there is a filter deciding what actually gets in. New affirmations that don’t line up with your current identity? Not getting in. That’s why I designed Full of Herself- the Confidence Cohort making identity level shifts.

Your subconscious beliefs are the ones running quietly in the background, deciding what you’re allowed to have, who you’re allowed to be, how visible you’re allowed to get. You can’t affirmation your way out of a story you don’t know is running.

Every woman who sat in front of my camera thought she was there for photos.

She was. But that’s not what she left with.

What she left with was the experience of being witnessed — fully, without editing herself down first. And for a lot of women, that was the first time.

Seven years of that work taught me one thing above everything else: confidence doesn’t come from looking the part. It comes from something that lives underneath and when that part shifts, everything shifts.

Full of Herself is a 28-day subconscious confidence cohort. 10 women. Virtual. Starts in July.

…what if that was the goal? Don’t we deserve to be full of ourselves!? Our magic, our power, own strength, our confidence!? Your confidence does not take away from any other else’s. What if we actually lift each other up!?

Somewhere along the way, you learned that confidence and conceit were the same thing. That wanting to be seen was selfish. That good girls stayed small enough to make everyone comfortable. I know this from research interviews I did with real women about confidence while I mapped out this cohort.

That’s your brain doing what it does best. You learned what kept you safe. What kept you accepted. What kept you loved. And those lessons still run deep…deeper than mindset work alone can touch.

I used to be terrified people would say I was full of myself.

So I stayed quiet. Played small. Let my work speak for itself — and wondered why no one could hear it.

Last year I looked fear in the eye and gave my first keynote anyway.

This year? You can see the difference.

I am full of myself. Full of belief in my magic. Full of the confidence I spent years convincing myself was for other people.

My day to day life looks completely different than it did a year ago.

The spaces I’m in, how I’m showing up, how it feels in my body, the information I’m feeding my brain, the experiences I’m choosing — all of it has shifted.

And here’s what I know as a certified hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner: that didn’t happen by accident.

Our subconscious is constantly scanning for confirmation of what we already believe to be true. It’s not looking for new information — it’s looking for evidence that what it already knows is right. So when you’re ready to quantum leap — when you know the vision and you know you have to get there — you can’t just think differently. You have to consciously engineer your environment to match the version of you that’s becoming.

That means auditing what you’re consuming. What you’re watching, reading, listening to.

It means understanding that everyone around you is also running off their own subconscious programming. Their own beliefs about what’s possible, what’s safe, what’s allowed. When you start changing, advocating for yourself differently, showing up differently — that can feel threatening to the people who love you most. Not because they don’t want good things for you. Because the subconscious mind is wired to treat same as safe.

So in this season, I’ve been intentional about seeking out people who can hold space for a big vision. Not yes people — people who understand the frequency. Who don’t need to see the full blueprint to believe in where you’re going.

I’ve put myself in rooms that remind me what it feels like to be fully alive. I’ve chosen experiences that anchor me to expansion instead of contraction.

This is what subconscious reprogramming actually looks like in practice. Not just the tapping and the hypnotherapy sessions. The whole environment. The whole input.

You are the average of what you allow in.

When you want to go someplace different than where you’ve been - choose accordingly.
