Pt 2 of Ethan's senior session took us to Hope's Creek Valley for pictures with his trail buddy, Gunner. This place is BEAUTIFUL and I'm always so excited to take a trip out here! Even with Gunner's crazy shenanigans, we got some amazing photos - honestly, his goofiness made it all the better 😂 by the end of the afternoon, we were wore out but so happy we got to include this little piece of Ethan's senior year in the plan!

The best senior sessions tell a story, and sometimes one session just isn't enough!

Ethan's senior year was packed with football, fishing team, and trail riding. Rather than trying to squeeze everything into one session, we split it into multiple shoots so we could capture each part of his story without rushing.

We kicked things off with football and fishing. After spending some time on the football field (including a few fun photos with little sis), we headed to Lay Lake where Ellie joined us for a few photos before we took to the water. Using two boats let us capture Ethan in his element, and it made for some of my favorite images from the day. It was such a fun afternoon following Ethan around and capturing him in his element!

Senior sessions are about so much more than yearbook photos. They're about preserving this season of life and the passions that make each senior who they are.

Trail riding deserves a post of it's own, so those are coming next 🤠

What a joy to work with this precious family!

Planning sessions with grown children can be a challenge- especially when some live out of state. But we were up for the challenge! We found a date when everyone would be in town, created a color pallet that allowed everyone to pack coordinating outfits, and with the help of some off camera entertainment (shoutout to my awesome assistant, Sarah!) we were able to create beautiful, smile-filled family portraits!
