Aurora tonight? It's been a while here in Virginia!! ✨✨

The Space Weather Prediction Center issued a storm watch for this evening and tomorrow evening for the potential of some medium-sized solar storms. Hoping for some lights in the sky - although it've very unlikely to be anything like the big nights in 2024-2025.

Still, any opportunity is exciting! This pic from December last year from a similar-sized storm forecast.

Blackwater Falls, WV roaring with floodwaters on Monday. 🌧️🌧️ The highest I’ve ever seen the waterfall!!

Also included clips of Douglas and Big Run falls, just a few miles away from Davis, Thomas, and Blackwater in the WV highlands. Absolutely love this area for hiking and photos 📸❤️
