I returned for the third year in a row to cover the HEPI Drop Dead 5K in the historic Elmwood Pinewood Cemetery.

I'm gonna be honest... I did NOT prepare myself physically for this year's Drop Dead 5K at the historic downtown Elmwood Pinewood Cemetery! Keeping up with the crowd was tough, I'm still feeling it but at least it's in all the right places. I'm motivated to continue some regular movement after that....
