We have been soaking up all the cuddles in complete and utter awe the past couple of days. No words can describe how over the moon we are.⁣

Meet our sweet son.⁣

Finn Montgomery Mitro — 6lb 10 oz and 20 inches of pure and abundant love, overwhelming cuteness, and a luscious head of hair. ⁣

We welcomed him with joyful, full hearts on June 12th at 4:10 am only four hours shy of his due date. @ Charlotte, North Carolina

I’ve been seeing some new faces pop up around here and wanted to take a sec to introduce myself.⁣
⁣
I am a quirky 27 year old who is a child at heart. On most days you can find me at a coffee shop, getting inspired with home renos, cuddling with my spunky pup, or dreaming up plans for my next big EURO trip. ⁣
⁣
I write stories for the adventurous, inseparable, and in love through photographs as a couples/wedding photographer that is based out of Charlotte, NC (+ beyond).⁣
⁣
Alright now for the juicy stuff I’m going to hit y’all with a few unpopular opinions that I have:⁣

—I think beer is gross. 🤢 ⁣
⁣
—Not a big fan of the Star Wars series. ⁣
⁣
—I prefer dark over milk chocolate, any day.🍫 ⁣

—Pepto bismol actually tastes good. 🤷🏻‍♀️⁣

—Dunking a bagel in coffee is EVERYTHING (I know I’m a weirdo but don’t knock it till you try it, promise). ⁣

Can you guess the LIE?! Believe it or not this took me quite a while to come up with because most of my close friends can read me like an open book, but I wanted to make it challenging to make this a little more fun.⁣

Before you guess, If you don’t already know me - I am a wedding photographer and pediatric occupational therapist. Both I am equally as passionate about and allow me to fulfill my desire to serve people. I love being a weirdo and impersonations are my jam. My husband and I just relocated to hometown in Charlotte, NC. Okay, here goes fam - may the odds be ever in your favor. ⁣

1. I am terrified of heights, which has only gotten worse with age - actually, getting on the second step of a ladder is an accomplishment 😅⁣

2. Since I was a little girl I always put on performances in my living room, which I ‘thoroughly encourage’ my family to pay to come to. I have always wanted to audition for a singing competition and once pre-registered on a whim for the Voice.⁣

3. When in Rome studying abroad in college - I got reprimanded by the Italian hotel staff for being too loud 🤷🏻‍♀️⁣

Merry Christmas Eve from the Mitro fam. ⁣

We are extra giddy this holiday season having this little bundle of fluff around that has been the most perfect addition. Cheesy as can be Cam and I can’t wait to give Fira all her gifts tomorrow - we are THOSE dog parents 🤣⁣

As for tonight, we are cuddling up for a Christmas Eve movie marathon consisting of Christmas PJs and some bomb European hot chocolate. ⁣
⁣
Growing up, one of my family’s Christmas traditions was to open up one present on Christmas Eve and we have decided to carry that on. Bet ya can’t guess what it might be?! If you guessed PJs - winner winner chicken dinner! ⁣

Meet the newest, fluffiest addition to our fam - Fira 🇬🇷

If you know me at all you most likely know that my top two fave things in the world are coffee and dogs. I am 100% that person who will stop anyone on the street to get some puppy cuddles. I have only been begging Cam for the past nine years for this moment and the time has FINALLY come. We are on cloud nine with this nugget.

Wow. Happy one year wedding anniversary to this beyond amazing husband of mine. September 2nd will hands down always be one of my very favorite days. This year with you has been full of adventure and change and I would not have had it any other way. Just when I thought I couldn’t possibly love you any more. Can’t wait to celebrate many more with you.
