I am Kendal Edward, or known as Kendal Mariee here! I started my business here in 2016 and have grown so much as a person and a photographer in the last few years. I am located in Charlotte, Nc and the surrounding areas. I shot seniors, portraits, families and couples. Some of you may even know me from Cheer Athletics Charlotte as a former athlete and the photographer to the gorgeous action shots

I post on here. I am currently a student at the University of North Carolina Charlotte study a degree in photography! I am here to capture memories and moments you will have for a lifetime. One of the questions I get asked the most is, “What should I wear for my senior photos?”
The most popular choice I see is definitely white, and for good reason! It photographs beautifully, feels timeless, and works with almost any location. But don’t be afraid to show your personality too! If you love color, patterns, or something a little more unique, wear it. Your photos should feel like YOU!

A few of my favorite senior outfit ideas:
Long dresses — perfect for movement and those dreamy photos while walking, spinning, or enjoying the location
Short dresses — classy, fun, and a little more casual
Professional outfits — a popular choice for college seniors! A polished look is great for celebrating this next chapter and is also the perfect time to grab updated headshots for LinkedIn, internships, or your first job
College shirts + crewnecks — because sometimes you want to show off the school you worked so hard for! These make such fun, personal photos
Casual outfits — don’t underestimate the perfect pair of jeans and a simple top. Some of the most natural photos happen when you’re wearing something that feels like everyday you.

My biggest tip? Choose outfits that make you feel confident and comfortable. The best photos happen when you feel like yourself.
