A little update
The Melody Serrano photography page will be merging back into SnookySmiles Photography. While the MSP name is changing, nothing else is. Both SnookySmiles and Melody Serrano Photography have always been me, behind the camera, telling stories, and working with the same heart and intention.

To keep things simple and all in one place, future posts, sessions, and updates will soon live over on

Since we had the studio for 2 hours I was quite excited for the opportunity to snap some images of my girls after my client session. This past weekend I had the joy of photographing family portraits for the Holiday Party at the beautiful in (definitely go check those out — they’re posted over on ! ✨).

But I couldn’t help sharing this one here of my stunning baby girl. 💛 Ellie is home from college and joined me at the party to help out, and my heart was so full having her by my side.

Pre peek for Kai!

While up here in Massachusetts for a wedding, I had the absolute honor of photographing senior portraits for the daughter of one of my very best friends. 💛

We had the best time! Kai is an avid reader, so weaving some of her favorite stories into the session was such a fun and meaningful touch. She is absolutely stunning—so graceful and elegant—and I know her parents are beyond proud of her.

Film Set BTS and Headshot Photograher

Hello there! My name is Melody and I started my photography career specialized in Child and Family Photography in 2007. Photography is my passion and I absolutely LOVE my job. I think it drives my family crazy (just a little) but I can not help but get a thrill from capturing the moment and documenting memories.

In 2016 I had my first opportunity to be on a Film set (Remnant of Hope) as the behind the scenes still photographer and was instantly hooked! As the set photographer I am able to not only help production with images that can be used for marketing and promotions but I get to tell the story of the cast and crew that is not always available to the public.

I started a second branch of SnookySmiles Photography to separate the Child and Family Photography (SnookySmiles) from the Set and Headshot Photography (Melody Serrano Photography or MSP)
