Happy holidays and Merry Christmas from the Taylor family! It’s been a big year for us this year. So much has happened in the last 12 months. The days sometimes felt long but the months seemed to fly by. We are so excited for our future here in Charlotte and for all the fun, love, growth, and new challenges coming in 2022. Don’t get flipped upside down just because it’s Monday!!! Make Monday your favorite day of the week. How??? 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻

Take a break on Sunday!! Seriously, TAKE A BREAK!!! Be lazy!!!

Then, first thing Monday morning brain dump out all your to dos for the week and use a planner or to do organizer like Monday.com to assign them to days. Then just work your way through that list each day.

This helps avoid overwhelm paralysis and can even help with that anxiety you feel about all the millions of things you have running though your brain.

DON’T DO THIS: Don’t give yourself 20 billion things to do each day. Try to break your list up REALISTICALLY to what you can accomplish each day. For me this means 3-5 work task and 3-5 personal tasks. I know that doesn’t seem like very many but if your list looks anything like mine most of the tasks on it are fairly time consuming. Give yourself more time than you think it will take.

REMEMBER: celebrate what you DO accomplish each day!!! Don’t focus on what you don’t accomplish. Simply move it to the top of your list for the next day an move on.

I have found doing this at the beginning of each week sets me up for a much more productive and positive experience and gets me excited for my Monday resets!

Happy National Daughter Day!!

These two could not be more different but they really are the best of friends.

When we got pregnant with Maggie we were originally hoping for a boy but wow am I glad things ended up as they did. I don’t know what we would do without these two peanuts!! We are seriously blessed to have them! ❤️

As glad as I am that it is 9:45p and a new day is coming tomorrow, I still have to do a second 45 min workout for 75 hard before I can go to bed… 😭😭😭😭 I’m on day 11 though and I WILL NOT let this sqawampy day ruin this goal. Send energy 😴
