I would like to thank my son Eric for coming by yesterday, running obligatory errands, fixing the meat slicer, the living room fan, rehanging the television, replacing the toilet seats with new ones, fixing the fireplace and most of all, for fixing my Bidet.
Once again, the Hills Are Alive With The Sound Of Music.
Now with my voice back to perfect pitch, I am anxiously awaiting the neighbors to start tossing quarters in the window like they do in Italy, at the “Trevi Fountain”.
Again, thanks Eric for sharing your skills. The projects were all things that needed to be done and I simple was not able to complete the tasks at hand.

Happy Birthday Bri. I am so very sorry I missed sharing our Birthday. It would seem that when getting old one’s memory seems to be preoccupied with keeping batteries in the remote control, two ply toilet paper, and making sure the bidet runs like Trevi Fountain. The good news is with having the bidet, when I sing Happy Birthday to you, it sounds like Julie Andrews.

MOUNTAIN LAND FOR SALE: Back in July of 2005, we purchased 5.995 acres of land in Deer Trails, Wilkes County with the idea of building a treetop house for retirement. Best laid plans of mice and men. The property is located at the top of the mountain in a private, gated community. With all my health issues over the past year, this bucket list idea will not become a reality.
