Hi everyone — I figured it is about time I officially introduce myself!
My name is Kashia, but feel free to call me KS. I’m the creative eye behind KSV.Portraits, and I’m so excited to share a little more about the person behind the lens.
Photography has been a lifelong passion of mine — something I’ve loved since I was young. What once was a dream is now my reality, and I know younger me would be over the moon to see how far I’ve come.
While I love being behind the camera capturing meaningful moments, I also enjoy stepping in front of it from time to time. Thankfully, I have my amazing husband Eric, who’s not only my personal photographer but also my biggest supporter and unexpected (but incredible) assistant. He may not have signed up for the job, but he’s been by my side through every session and every learning curve.
We also share our lives with Tofu, our mischievous and lovable 3-year-old mini dachshund, who adds endless joy (and chaos) to our days. He may be a handful, but we wouldn’t trade him for the world.
I love capturing all kinds of stories — but newborns and couples hold a special place in my heart. I am constantly learning, experimenting, and refining my style. On the other hand, I am so grateful to those who’ve supported me on this creative journey. All your love and supportrt makes my heart so so so happy!!
