Design-minded, kind couple with a focus on their Catholic wedding through film… I’m here for that. Congratulations to the lovely Elizabeth and Brian.
Uptown at St. Peter, where generations of the faithful have married. Afterwards, a trolley ride to The Ruth for cocktails and party. All sewn together gracefully through Amy’s planning.

Sunny spring afternoon on film for this engagement session, which felt like a preview of this couple’s wedding day: joyful, blessed, and centered on simply being together. We walked the five acres of this 1903 Victorian estate, documenting this season of their lives.
Later this summer, these two will exchange vows at St. Gabriel Catholic Church before celebrating back at Alexander Homestead for the reception. Photographing their engagement session at the same venue where they’ll celebrate their marriage made the experience even more meaningful.

A carefully crafted wedding weekend at The Union Exchange.
Tate and Alex envisioned an extended experience to celebrate their wedding with loved ones. On the venue’s 54-acre property in Monroe, just outside Charlotte, the weekend began Friday with an intimate ceremony and dinner at the McCain House onsite. Saturday started saw a field day of activities, followed by a grand reception at the Auction Barn. The Union Exchange staff, and Alexandra’s thoughtful coordination, ensured an easy, carefree weekend, with planned moments that provided time for the couple to relax and create meaningful images on digital and film.
