One of the things I love about event photography is you never know who you're going to meet.

Today I was photographing an event at where from the Carolina was there meeting teachers, signing autographs and helping launch Classroom Central's new keep teaching campaign to make sure that teachers have what they need to be successful.

It was really awesome seeing teachers get some well deserved appreciation ❤️🍎💪

And he is the nicest person ever!!! 😊

✨ Introducing: my home studio (in progress!) ✨

And yes — this was also my excuse to finally clean out the garage 😅🧹

I spent way too long (and let’s be honest… too much money) chasing the perfect studio space. Turns out, building one at home gave me more freedom, more control, and honestly… more peace.

Now I can control the light, keep things simple, and create a space that feels comfortable, relaxed, and judgment-free — for you and for me 😌📸

This setup is opening the door(🤭 garage door pun intented) for professional headshots, branding sessions, and passion minis ✨

It’s a slow build, but it’s fun, it’s intentional, and it’s moving forward — one step at a time 💛
