POV: Your friends ask you to capture their intimate gender reveal and you are trying not to cry behind the camera the entire time. We were all convinced it was going to be blue… and then came the sweetest surprise, it’s a GIRL!! 💗 Watching their reactions, the happy tears, excitement, shock and all the love in that moment was so special to witness. These are the moments that remind me why I love what I do so much, getting to freeze memories like this!!! And my heart is so full thinking about raising island girlies together.

Let’s run it back!! Last weekend on Lovango.. dreamy, gorgeous, pure perfection. A private island surrounded by the bluest water, celebrating with your closest friends and family.. honestly, what could be better? Okay, Caribbean dancers bringing the energy and hyping up the dance floor, that definitely made it even better. There is something so magical about maternity sessions and I have to say they are one of my favorites to photograph! Pregnancy is such a short fleeting chapter in life but it holds so much love, anticipation and beauty. I’m always so honored to capture these moments, the quiet excitement, the growing bump, the glowing parents to be and the beginning of a whole new story. Last year, I visited Long Bay and remember saying, I’m going to manifest shooting a wedding here. It’s such a perfect, peaceful slice of Tortola, the beach stunning, the sunsets are gorgeous and the villas, restaurant, and entire property are nothing short of spectacular! I was so honored to capture Chris and Tori’s wedding day in this incredible place. It was absolutely perfect from beginning to end including sweet, heartfelt vows, stunning couples portraits on the beach and tequila shots to kick off the party, which definitely got the dance floor going! I had a blast dancing the night away while capturing every moment✨

Absolute chaos in the best way possible! One day this sweet couple will be able to sit on the beach, read a book and truly relax. But right now, life looks like 3 under 3, sand head to toe, big emotions and constant movement. And honestly, this season is so special, even when it’s exhausting! I think when they finally get that quiet beach moment, they might miss this version of life more than they expect. The noise, the mess, the tiny hands reaching for them, the way their world revolves around these three little boys!

That photo of the boys in the window is 100% becoming a tradition that has to be recreated year after year! And check out our attempt to get all three of them sitting nicely on the beach. It made us laugh so hard as they took off in three different directions in seconds. These are the moments and photographs that will mean everything one day! ✨
