We are Jess and Kim, photographers in the Charlotte, NC area specializing in engagement and wedding photography. Our style of photography captures real, natural moments that transport people back to the day they were taken. We find the best way to do this is to establish a connection with the people we work with, because it's a lot easier to smile and laugh at the person behind the camera than the

We only have a few weddings in our final year and we’re so glad that one of them was Pooja and Austin’s! What an incredible two days of celebration with these sweet humans. We took SO many photos and we can’t wait to share them all (in good time).

Managed by Best Impressions Caterers, Terrace at Cedar Hill is located at the very edge of 277 to the west of uptown. This venue is one of our favorites because of the variety of setups that you can have in the space. You can have your ceremony and reception in the exact same space, and there’s a TON of parking for all of your guests as well. Plus, the view of Uptown Charlotte is like no other. ⁠

The 1932 Barn is an awesome indoor/outdoor barn venue due to the spacious reception area and separate designated getting-ready rooms. With an outdoor ceremony space that’s under the cover of a large tree, a fully indoor reception space, and cocktail hour scattered around the property with little nooks for people to relax, this place is as upscale rustic as it gets. We adore working here, as the property is also a working farm and has animals roaming around! ⁠
