December in South Carolina is still perfect for outdoor explorations - so I just recently checked out the Charles Pinckney National Historic Site in Mount Pleasant!

A few weeks ago I was in between appointments - and had a new lense to try out - so I stopped by the Charles Pickney National Historic Site and wandered around for a few minutes.

More exploration of this beautiful state - this time we went to the Walterboro Wildlife Sanctuary and walked the boardwalk. It was fantastic! We got to see snakes, lizards, and more - plus we played with some pretty cute dogs.

This past week my last sister who still lives in Maine came down to visit (and we hope fall in love with the Charleston area enough to move down and join us!) so we did some new exploring.  Taylor...
