Soft Winging Wednesday βœˆοΈβœ¨πŸ’š

The unsung heroes of our military aviator pilots are the families that back them. Imagine working so hard to earn your coveted wings of gold while your wife is pregnant back at home and expecting a call anytime that you may need to land that jet ASAP so you can head to the hospital. Or after that little one arrives, now you have a family constantly waiting on you and depending on you to come home safe. As a wife or mother, we love our pilots dearly but pray every time they are up in the air that they make it home to us. So let’s give these pilots and their support teams some love for all that they do!!!

Homecoming reunions seem most fitting to celebrate 250 years of freedom πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸŽ‡

Few moments carry as much emotion as a military homecoming. As we celebrate America’s 250th birthday, we should be reminded that the freedoms we enjoy have been protected by generations of men and women willing to serve something greater than themselves. Homecomings remind us to never take for granted the blessings of family, freedom, and the opportunity to welcome our loved ones home. β€οΈπŸ€πŸ’™

So here’s to freedom, family, and the moments that remind us what β€œwelcome home” truly means! Happy Independence Day πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸŽ‰
