Where you ask? We will be at Energy & Flow Holistic Wellness Spa off of Dorchester Rd in North Charleston. Space is limited to 10 yogis 🧘‍♀️

Come for the yoga and stay for the community!
This is a donation based class offering, with suggested donation of $15. If you’ve never done yoga before, it’s not that serious 😉

When I signed up for yoga teacher training, I never considered that with this experience might come 10+ new friends (but who’s counting). The imprint of these women, this place, and this time together will be visible on my heart forever.

Thank you for your expertise, for your experience, your leadership, for pouring your hearts into us, and for your endless time. Profound gratitude is the least of what I can say to express my appreciation.

This is just the beginning ✨

I’ve already painted my entry way stair risers (scroll way down in the feed), and will be working on interior stairs and bathroom next. Hopefully we won’t plan to move anytime soon 😂 🎨

Welcome to my sanctuary ✨💫
If you remember my nesting painting spree between 36-39 weeks pregnant, I’m finally sharing the finished product. It only took 17 weeks to photograph it 😂

I know now exactly why I needed to create this space when I did. I thought it was so funny at the time, as if painting my wall was the only thing I needed to be doing before baby #5’s arrival. Trust! Not much time for painting now, but I’m working my way out of the weeds and I can’t wait to do more 🌾 🎨

There’s something freeing about moving paint off of traditional canvas and changing the space around you. This wall brings me joy everyday.

Mural walls make the world feel a little lighter.
