Life is so busy and there's so much going on ALL THE TIME.

I don't know about you, but sometimes I just need to stop and focus on my breathing.

Focus on being present in my body... listening to it.

I was running errands this morning, and my mind was jumping all over the place with things I have to do. But I took a moment while walking back to my car to be mindful and present in my body. I breathed deeper and focused on feeling the warmth of the sun and the cool breeze on my skin.

Did it change everything I had going on? No, BUT it helped me be more peaceful inside.
